National Sunday School - Mission Statement
The National Sunday School of the Apostolic Assemblies of Christ emphasizes teaching, training, and nurturing believers through the Word of God, with a focus on spiritual growth, discipleship, and equipping the church for ministry.
Core Scripture
2 Timothy 3:16–17 — “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.”
Core Objectives
The National Sunday School Department exists to:
-
Teach biblical truth — providing sound doctrine rooted in the Apostolic faith.
-
Train disciples — equipping children, youth, and adults to live holy and consecrated lives.
-
Nurture spiritual growth — encouraging believers to develop a deeper relationship with Christ through study and application of Scripture.
-
Support the church — strengthening local assemblies by offering resources, curriculum, and leadership development.
-
Prepare future leaders — raising up teachers, ministers, and workers who will carry the Apostolic message forward.
Why It Matters
The National Sunday School is more than a weekly class — it is the foundation of Christian education within the Apostolic Assemblies of Christ. By instilling biblical principles from childhood to adulthood, it ensures that each generation is firmly rooted in the Apostolic doctrine and prepared to serve Christ faithfully.
